TS-I would say if you have a plac...Hello everybody. TS-I would say if you have a place that has options for different levels than try a beginner class. If however, like my classes I go to it's a mixed bag, then just go at your own pace. If your teacher is good, they will tell you to rest when you need to etc. Definetely don't feel like you have to push yourself to keep up with someone whose been at it a while. That's a good way to get hurt. I hope you give it a go. It's amazing how strong and flexible you get, relatively quickly, with just gently, regular practice. That was way inspiring. I used to be able t...YAY!!! That was way inspiring. I used to be able to do that, and climb a 5-10 route on a vertical wall. I want to get that kind of strength back. I'm curious, if you go to a yoga class how do you keep up with people that have been coming for awhile? Do you just jump right in or do you look for a beginner class?
