Cup handles

The other day I was saying how I was having trouble with my handles. I am looking for a handle that has a quality in which it grows from the pot. I really like the handles that have a fatness to them where they attach at the top and the bottom. I probably have to pull them from the cup for this but I'm having a really hard time with that. I tried tonight about six times and had six pretty nasty looking handles. I have one more idea I want to try and if it works out I'll show you what I did. If it doesn't work out and I still have no luck pulling them then I'll probably just post "this sucks!"

So below are a few mugs from 500 cups that have handles with qualities I am after. They're just nice mugs all around really.
